First, let me say that the kittens and Tex are all beautiful!

Ming was correct in her post that males killing kittens is a feral behavior. I had a beautiful Siamese male, named Udo, who welcomed all newcomers with open paws! He and my female meezer became surrogate parents to any kittens I ever brought home.

Three years ago, after my Udo went to the Bridge, I brought two new Siamese kittens in to live with the rest of my older cat clan (4 females and 3 males) and, after a small amount of initial wariness and some hissing, all do fine together now. In fact, the females offered the most hostility towards the new kittens!

Best of luck. I do hope the Board will approve Tex.

I remember my mom's 2 females queening at about the same time, one was a Birman and the other a Lynx point.. They insisted on having both litters in the same box together. In fact when MamaSan was delivering, Tiki who was still pregnant, (she delivered later on that same evening) was also in the huge paper towel box for moral support..We also had a young Seal point male by the name of Rashan, who was about 4 month old, The mothers would take small breaks in shifts to go eat and use litter box, during that time Rashan would hop in the box and babysit the whole gang..14 beeps in all Tiki had 6 and MamaSan had 8, Even when Brandy our fawn Great Dane bitch went into labor, Rashan also sat with her and "helped" but he soon changed his mind once the pups came. They were almost his size in a week or so and lumbered all over the place including him..(I think a few tried to nurse on him which did not appeal to his burgeoning male feline dignity) siamesechat/laugh.gif

To answer Big Mama Cat, the kittens will both be seal points. The boy looks like he will be darker. But all their kittens are really lookers.
Gina.
