As it was still so hot yesterday evening (well, hot for us) and a friend had called round for a natter and coffee we decided to take it outside and sit in the garden where it was cooler. I strapped on my torture device to enable walking outside, and off we went....
There we all are, sat there enjoying the slight breeze and generally righting the wrongs in the world when I noticed that Merlin, bored with being petted, had taken himself off to climb 'his' tree.

The tree has platforms for them to jump up onto into their tree and there is an old computer chair seat base fastened into the branches where they can lie and sun themselves. Merlin is that fast that sadly we didn't manage to get him going up, but we did get him coming down! The tree itself is approx 15 feet high, and is in the middle of the garden where none of them could jump onto the fence to escape and he went all the way to the top before coming back down again the same way

The 2nd video is Minnie trying to take over the 'tree spot' and very skilfully avoiding her brother's playful attempt to outwit her intentions. Hope you enjoy them as much as we did.

I've always known how agile Meezers are, and how their skeletal structure enables them to climb so easily, but never realised just how agile and fast they could be until now Cheeky little tinkers!

Thank goodness the tree isn't any higher, because it looks as if they would keep going right to the top...
It also amazes me to see them going up such small branches.

You can tell that they are having a ball ..like Minnie is saying to Merlin, "Oh, you think you are really daring, do you...well watch this!...catch me if you can!!!"

Your cats live in a "cat heaven" having all that freedom to roam and climb in your protected yard. Lucky kitties! Great kitty Mom...

ah ha! when I clicked on your link I was told my adobe flash player wasn't up to date!!! I still haven't loaded everything on my new hard drive or done all the updates .... mystery solved!

Glad it's sorted now Isn't it a bugger when you have to go through all that rigmarole of putting all the things you never remember back onto your pc after a full HDD replacement like that?
Hope it's back to how it should be soon petal, drives me nuts too.
